Efficient processing of 30 sample positions
The PQCXW-3000 fully automatic fiber analyzer is based on the Wendel method and the paradigm method to replace the traditional crucible method. It effectively reduces problems such as caking or blockage of samples during the filtration process. It adopts an integrated design, integrating digestion, filtration, cleaning and waste liquid discharge functions into one, which can be started with one click. The operation process is simple and it can handle up to 30 samples simultaneously, significantly increasing the detection throughput. It is widely applicable for the determination of crude fiber, washed fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose and acidic washed lignin in food, feed and various plant samples.
1) Automatic opening and closing of the sample chamber cover: During analysis, the sealing cover of the digestion tank automatically closes and locks. After the analysis is completed, the cover automatically opens to reduce the cumbersome operation of operators screwing on and off the screws. The cover also has an overpressure relief device and a venting device.
2) Fully automatic operation, completing the opening and closing of the chamber cover, adding liquid, digestion, stirring, cleaning, waste discharge, and dehydration in one step without manual intervention.

6) Two-stage liquid addition mode, automatically controlling the liquid level based on the sample volume, saving reagent usage and analysis time.
7) Built-in 6-8 standard analysis programs such as CF, national standards, NDF, and ADF.
8) Users can freely edit analysis programs, facilitating the testing of various different samples. Up to 40 preset programs can be stored.
9) Integrated 304 stainless steel digestion tank, resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and chemical corrosion.
10) Three-level permission management function, operation log function, ensuring traceability throughout the operation and ensuring the safety of the experimental operation.
11) Automatic liquid level control, automatic alarm and shutdown when the liquid level is insufficient.
12) Steam and pressure generated inside the digestion tank automatically vent, discharge, and automatically relieve pressure. The samples in the tank can operate safely under this condition.
13) Triple safety protection, dual sensors for temperature and pressure detection and alarm. In case of over-temperature or over-pressure, the instrument automatically stops heating and automatically relieves pressure. If the pressure exceeds the set safety valve value, the mechanical mechanism of the third-layer chamber cover automatically opens to relieve pressure to ensure safety.
