The fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer (protein detection) is an automatic intelligent detection instrument designed based on the classic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination principle. It is widely used to detect the total content of ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grain, oil, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, chemical fertilizers, medicine, sediments, and chemical products. I. Scope of application and overview
The fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer uses a new long-life design, intelligent microcomputer control, and a color LCD touch screen operation. It automatically completes a series of standardized processes, including adding acid, adding alkali, adding diluent, distillation, titration, cleaning, storage, and printing. With an optional 20/40-position automatic sampler, it achieves unattended fully automatic analysis. Equipped with a refrigeration system, it does not consume tap water. Titration uses the internationally standardized colorimetric method (color sensor). This instrument is easy to operate, with accurate data and stable performance.
II. Product features
1. Main uses: Detecting the content of protein and nitrogen elements in various samples.
2. Adopts the national standard Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method: sample digestion in a concentrated sulfuric acid environment, alkaline steam distillation, boric acid absorption, and indicator titration endpoint color determination method. The fully automatic nitrogen analyzer has quantitative automatic dilution, alkali addition, delayed distillation, automatic addition of receiving liquid, distillation, built-in automatic titration, and digestion tube

4. Uses a 10-inch color touch display system for equipment control and data processing.
5. Titration speed can be set arbitrarily from 0.05ml/s to 1.0ml/s; the minimum titration volume can reach 0.2μl/step; the fastest titration speed is 40ml/min.
6. A 25mL syringe and a 0.6mm pitch linear motor form a high-precision titration system with high accuracy and good stability.
7. Distillation mode: Dual distillation mode, steam output flow rate and distillation time are adjustable, distillation time can be set freely from 0 seconds to 6000 seconds.
8. The instrument has a built-in protein coefficient lookup table for users to consult, query, and participate in system calculation functions.
9. Features simultaneous distillation and titration and variable speed and volume titration technology to reduce testing time and improve testing accuracy;
10. The splash-proof bottle is made of high-molecular material resistant to alkali corrosion;
11. PID regulated steam system provides stable steam flow to ensure effective sample separation and system **.
