Scope of Application: The SKD-20S2 infrared quartz digestion furnace can be used by departments such as agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, geology, chemical industry, food, as well as universities and research institutions for the digestion of plants, seeds, feed, food, soil, ore, etc.
Instrument Features and Parameters
1. Controllable temperature, good sample reproducibility.
2. The heating body (module) adopts infrared heating and quartz tube radiation, which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, explosion-proof, long-lasting, and conforms to CE standards.
3. Furnace hole temperature and heating rate are continuously adjustable, with fast heating speed and no wall adhesion.
4. The digestion tube has a large heating area and small temperature difference, ensuring good consistency in sample digestion and high thermal efficiency.
5. Features over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature alarms, automatic fault alarm function, and can automatically detect malfunctioning heating unit modules for easy maintenance.
6. The instrument's outer casing is sprayed with a Teflon coating, and it features an LCD touchscreen for easy parameter settings and energy saving.
7. The instrument has a stainless steel drainage system (PFA sealed cover exhaust gas collection hood), which is corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant, allowing harmful gases such as SO2 emitted from the digestion tube to be discharged into the sewer via a drainage pipe through a suction pump from water, effectively preventing the escape of harmful gases.
8. Tap water vacuum negative pressure pump, ensuring sufficient negative pressure.
9. Equipped with a guide groove structure to prevent acid corrosion of the instrument.
10. Heating timing methods: Two options available - timing starts at the beginning of digestion or when the set temperature is reached.
11. Optional LCD touchscreen: Can store 5000 sets of programs, allowing for arbitrary setting of different step programs based on the temperature sensitivity of different samples;
12. Control method: Single-chip microcomputer control (timing + 64-step programmed heating)
13. Heating method: Infrared quartz tube optical radiation heating and air conduction;
14. Digestion furnace heating speed: 20 minutes (room temperature - 400℃)
15. Number of furnace holes: 20 holes (for processing 20 samples);
16. Sample volume: Solid <6g Liquid <20ml;
17. Temperature control range: Room temperature - 550℃;
18. Heating speed: 20 minutes (400℃ preheating);
19. Temperature fluctuation: ±1℃;
20. Insulation method: Ceramic (silicate cotton) and air duct insulation;
